Double Recognition for Pivotal at the EDP Business Awards 2026
We're delighted to share that Pivotal has been named a finalist in two categories at the Eastern Daily Press (EDP) Business Awards 2026!
Pivotal has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year, while our founder and director, Tait Pollack, is a finalist for Businessperson of the Year.
The awards celebrate the people and businesses making a difference across Norfolk, so it's brilliant to see Pivotal recognised in both categories.
Creating a Place Where People Want to Work
Being shortlisted for Employer of the Year means a great deal to us.
Our people are at the heart of Pivotal, and we're committed to creating a workplace where they feel valued and supported.
Over the past year, we've been listening closely to employee feedback, using it to shape how we continue improving life at Pivotal. This resulted in our continued investing in our team, introducing private healthcare and trialling Early Finish Fridays.
There's always more we can do, but we're pleased to see these efforts recognised.
Recognising the Leadership Behind Pivotal
We're equally delighted to see Tait shortlisted for Businessperson of the Year.
As Pivotal's founder, Tait has played a huge role in shaping the agency into what it is today. His leadership has helped Pivotal continue to grow, while supporting businesses across Norfolk with their own growth.
His entrepreneurial work extends beyond Pivotal, with ventures including Pivotal House and The Yard Coffee reflecting his continued investment in Norwich. He's passionate about the local business community and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
It's fantastic to see Tait's hard work and contribution to Norfolk recognised alongside other business leaders from across the county.
Looking Ahead to the Awards
We're looking forward to celebrating with Norfolk's business community at the awards ceremony on Thursday 26th November 2026 at the Norfolk Showground.
A huge congratulations to everyone shortlisted, and a special thank you to our team for making Pivotal what it is.
See you in November!
