We’re growing - and evolving - and we’re looking for an Account Strategist to help lead that next stage.
The Role
This is a client-facing role sitting at the intersection of strategy, relationships and marketing performance.
You'll work closely with a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and helping them make informed marketing decisions. You'll take time to understand their business, challenges and ambitions, then translate those into clear marketing direction and actionable plans.
You'll lead regular client meetings, contribute to workshops, present recommendations and help identify opportunities to increase the value and impact of our work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with strong relationship management and wants to make a genuine difference to client success.
What You'll Be Doing
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Developing strategic marketing recommendations aligned to business goals
• Leading regular client meetings, reviews and planning sessions
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase value
• Collaborating with specialists across SEO, PPC, content, design and development
• Creating clear briefs and ensuring strategic alignment across projects
• Supporting proposal development and new business opportunities
• Monitoring performance and helping clients understand results and next steps
• Turning business challenges into clear marketing actions
About You

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
• The confidence to challenge constructively when needed

Package
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 OTE (Depending on experience)
