We’re incredibly proud to share that Pivotal has been shortlisted across several categories at the East Anglian Marketing Awards 2026. 

The East Anglian Marketing Awards celebrate the individuals, agencies, businesses and teams helping shape the future of marketing across the region. Created to champion East Anglian talent on its own terms, the awards give local marketers a dedicated platform to showcase creativity, innovation and campaigns that make a real impact. 

For us, being recognised alongside so much brilliant talent from across the region means a huge amount. 

A Proud Moment for Team Pivotal 

Pivotal has been shortlisted for Marketing Agency of the Year, recognising the work of our wider team and the clients we support. 

We’re also proud to be shortlisted for Excellence in Performance, celebrating the strategy, delivery and results behind performance-led marketing activity. 

Alongside this, we’re thrilled to see members of our team recognised individually, with Emily Heath shortlisted for Role Model of the Year, and both Tait Pollack and Hannah Payne shortlisted for Leader of the Year. 

These shortlists reflect the people behind Pivotal. The strategists, creatives, developers, marketers, account leads and project teams who bring energy, care and ambition to the work every day. 

Championing Marketing Talent Across the Region 

East Anglia is home to a brilliant mix of creative, strategic and commercially minded marketers, working across agencies, in-house teams, start-ups, scale-ups, charities and established organisations. 

The East Anglian Marketing Awards exist to give that work the recognition it deserves. 

Unlike many national awards, the programme is designed to create a level playing field for marketers across the region, without the barriers that can often come with larger award schemes. It is community-driven, non-profit and free to enter, with a focus on celebrating good work, strong ideas and meaningful impact. 

As a Norwich-based agency, we’re proud to be part of a region with such a strong and growing marketing community.

Alongside being shortlisted, we’re also proud to be sponsoring the In-House Team of the Year category at this year’s awards. 

This category recognises in-house marketing teams making a big impact from within their organisations. It celebrates teams delivering exceptional results, showing creative and strategic thinking, and working together to raise the bar for what in-house marketing can achieve. 

That is something we see and value every day. 

In-house teams often sit at the centre of a business, balancing brand, performance, customer insight, internal priorities and commercial goals. The best teams do more than deliver campaigns. They shape direction, connect departments, create momentum and help businesses grow with clarity and purpose. 

Whether it is a one-person powerhouse or a full department, in-house marketing deserves to be recognised as a serious driver of business success.

East Anglia has no shortage of creativity, talent or ambition. What it has sometimes lacked is a dedicated platform to showcase that work beyond its usual circles. 

The East Anglian Marketing Awards help change that. 

They shine a spotlight on the agencies, in-house teams, individuals and businesses doing brilliant work, while helping attract new recognition, opportunities and talent to the region. 

That is good for marketers. It is good for businesses. And it is good for East Anglia.
