Celebrating Our Team at the DevelopHER Awards
This year’s DevelopHER Awards offered another inspiring celebration of women making a remarkable impact in the technology sector. The event highlights excellence across technical, creative, and leadership roles, and we are proud to continue supporting it. We have sponsored the awards in previous years, and it remains an important opportunity for us to champion the achievements of women in tech, both within Pivotal and across the wider industry.
This year was especially exciting for our team. Indre Kiskiene won the Tech Star award, and Thea Reeder was shortlisted for the Eye for Design category. Their recognition reflects not only their individual strengths but also the talent and dedication that define our team.
Celebrating our Tech Star winner, Indre Kiskiene
Indre’s win in the Tech Star category highlights her exceptional technical ability and the positive influence she has within her role. The award recognises individuals who work hands on with code and demonstrate clear impact in a tech environment. Indre consistently brings a thoughtful and solutions focused approach to her work, along with a genuine enthusiasm for improving systems and processes.
"If someone said to me 4 years ago that I would win a Tech Star award I would have thought they are mad. But it is amazing what being in the right environment and among the right people does. I am super honoured and massive well done to not just winners but all women in tech."
– Indre Kiskiene
Her ability to approach challenges with clarity, creativity, and resilience makes her a valued member of our team. Indre’s award is a well deserved acknowledgment of her contribution and the standard she continues to set.
Recognising Thea Reeder’s Eye for Design shortlist achievement
We are equally proud to celebrate Thea Reeder, who was shortlisted for the Eye for Design award. This category honours designers who create thoughtful and delightful user experiences and who consistently demonstrate strong creative insight. Although Thea did not take home the final award, being shortlisted among such talented designers is a significant achievement.
Thea’s work reflects a deep understanding of users paired with a creative approach that elevates the visual and functional elements of our digital presence. She has a strong instinct for crafting interfaces that feel engaging, intuitive, and polished.
"Being shortlisted for Eye for Design was an amazing experience and it was inspiring to be surrounded by so many talented women in tech. The ceremony was brilliant from start to finish, especially seeing my colleague win not one but two awards. I hope to be part of it again in the future."
-Thea Reeder
Her recognition reflects the care she brings to every project and her commitment to delivering meaningful and memorable user experiences.
A moment of pride for our whole team
Indre and Thea’s achievements shine a light on the creativity, focus, and dedication that drive our team forward. We are proud to support the women across our organisation and to continue championing their growth and success.
The DevelopHER Awards serve as a valuable reminder of the importance of visibility and recognition for women working in all areas of technology. We look forward to celebrating many more achievements in the years to come.
