In this Digital Optimisation Consultant role, you'll join a global digital media agency, working with a range of high-end clients across several sectors and industries and implementing end-to-end optimisation coverage. You'll improve and optimise platforms for your clients, offering a unique opportunity to develop and exert influence within globally renowned optimisation functions.
The role
As the Digital Optimisation Consultant, you'll act as the main optimisation lead for a diverse range of well-known clients. You will improve site and advertising performance, focusing on strategy and design. You'll be responsible for managing and analysing our external overseas AB and MVT Agency, gathering insights to inform marketing solutions and techniques such as digital optimisation. Customer Service, Enterprise Level Presentations and Account Management experience is essential.
As the department grows, you will be helping and assisting the development department with user testing.
Your skills and experience
As the successful Digital Optimisation Consultant, you will have the following skills and experience:
Extensive experience planning, conducting and analysing A/B and MV tests
A desire to devise an end-to-end optimisation strategy
Strong proficiency using Google Analytics and Convert (or similar AB testing tools) in a commercial environment
Agency-side or client-facing experience would be advantageous

About the role
As a Pivotal Adwords specialist, you’ll be a creative problem solver who uses analytical tools to monitor and optimise campaign results. You’ve succeeded in an agency or in-house setting with excellent organisational, project and time management skills. Motivated and curious, you are a team player with a solid working knowledge of the full range of Google products & advertising platforms with a passion for search and internet marketing. Strategic and data-led, you thrive in a deadline-driven environment, always endeavouring to go above and beyond to deliver the client’s goals.
Accountabilities
Implement Pay-per-click media strategies for clients.
Handle, review and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords and other search platforms for various clients.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Handle the creation of large keyword lists.
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Handle display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search following client goals.
Direct and handle new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and assist in creating paid marketing initiatives.
Direct, handle and be able to generate monthly client reporting for all primary metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and essential reporting tools, and identify critical areas of importance based on client goals.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
Communicate with the team and management about project development, timelines, and results.
Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
