Pivotal is a fast-paced, forward-thinking digital agency. We work with ambitious brands to deliver bold strategies, powerful campaigns, and creative solutions that make a real impact.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to everything we do—ensuring projects run seamlessly while maximising our team’s time and skills. You’ll own project timelines, coordinate resources, and problem-solve on the fly, keeping everything moving in the right direction.
This is a brand-new role within our business, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to carve your own path and shape how project management operates at Pivotal. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, can bring structure to chaos, and love making things happen, this is the role for you.

Delivering projects and programmes to budget and scope, keeping everything aligned with strategic objectives.
Managing and forecasting timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
Acting as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Working closely with our Account Strategists to ensure projects deliver against strategic objectives.
Coordinating our creative, digital, and development teams to deliver high-quality work.
Communicating with stakeholders and identifying risks early, keeping projects running smoothly.
Educating, encouraging, and socialising best practices to improve workflows continuously.
Optimising team workloads - matching the right people to the right projects based on capacity and skill set.
Identifying risks and roadblocks early, solving problems before they escalate.
Forecasting resource needs, ensuring we have the right capacity for upcoming work.
Introducing best practices and improving workflows, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in project and/or resource management, ideally within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment - bringing structure, clarity, and focus to multiple moving parts.
Strong organisational skills - you thrive on structure but can also handle ambiguity when things are in flux.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management—you keep teams and clients aligned at every stage.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t just manage projects; you optimise them.
Experience working with development and marketing teams and a solid understanding of processes.
Experience with resource management and project scheduling tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Float, Trello, or similar).
Familiarity with time tracking tools and a willingness to learn our in-house tools, such as Oriented, quickly.
Ability to manage competing priorities, balancing deadlines and capacity with ease.
A collaborative approach—you know how to bring people together and drive momentum.
Desirable
A qualification in Project Management with experience implementing Agile Methodologies.
