James brings more than 14 years of experience delivering digital products and interactive experiences for some of the world’s best-known brands. His background spans digital product management, production leadership and studio operations, with a consistent focus on turning ambitious ideas into well built, scalable products.
Throughout his career, James has led the full lifecycle delivery of complex digital work across web, mobile and interactive platforms. He has worked with organisations including the BBC, Warner Brothers, McDonald’s, LEGO, Cartoon Network and PBS Kids, guiding projects from early concept through to launch and live service.
A big part of James’s work has been acting as the link between creative, technical and commercial teams. He is used to working closely with developers, designers, partners and senior stakeholders to keep projects moving and decisions clear.
Alongside delivery, James has extensive experience building and scaling teams and processes. He played a key role in growing a digital production studio from a small team into a larger operation, increasing capacity and strengthening commercial performance.
More recently, James has led large scale digital transformation projects, including directing a multi-platform rebrand for a national charity and delivering award winning interactive digital experiences within tight timelines.
