Welcome to The Team Sean Orton

We’re pleased to welcome Sean Orton to the Pivotal team as our new Senior Account Strategist.

Joining us from MISSION Group agency krow, Sean brings a broad mix of experience across brand and digital strategy, having worked with businesses across a wide range of sectors throughout his career.

His role at Pivotal will see him working closely across our specialist teams, helping shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, and bring fresh perspective to the way we approach growth and decision making for our clients.

Sean’s background is anything but conventional. Originally from London and Essex, he’s one of many who came to Norwich for university and ended up staying for good. Alongside agency life, he balances life with a toddler, writes fiction, plays hockey, keeps fit, and has a strong interest in cars that he admits are probably far out of reach.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Medieval History, which may not be the most traditional route into marketing, but brings a different way of thinking that fits naturally into strategic work.

At Pivotal, we value people who bring curiosity, perspective, and a willingness to challenge ideas thoughtfully, and Sean already feels like a strong addition to the team.

We’re excited to see the experience and energy he’ll bring as we continue to grow, support our clients, and strengthen the work happening across the agency.
