A Journey of Growth and Expertise
Laura's journey with Pivotal started years ago when she helped establish our Email Marketing and Optimisation services. Her passion for these areas laid a solid foundation for what would become fundamental components of our service offerings. During her previous tenure at Pivotal, Laura played a crucial role in driving success for our clients, such as increasing revenue by 30% for a leading e-commerce brand through targeted email campaigns and website optimisation.
After a stint at Blend Commerce as an Optimisation Strategist, where she refined her loyalty and retention strategies skills, Laura has returned to Pivotal, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. "I'm thrilled to be back at Pivotal," Laura shares. “The collaborative and dynamic work environment here aligns perfectly with my values and goals. I'm eager to leverage my experience to drive growth and success for our clients.”
Laura's diverse background adds depth to her expertise. With a first-class honours degree in Fashion, Laura initially ventured into the e-commerce sector with YogaClicks. Here, she managed over 50 brands on a marketplace site, gaining valuable experience in email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. She then moved to The Florida Group/Van Dal Shoes as an e-commerce and CRO Specialist, where she honed her skills in Magento and managed third-party marketplace platforms, including Amazon. This role further developed her abilities in email marketing and retention-focused strategies.
Returning to Pivotal, Laura brings a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and optimisation. She has already hired Thea Reeder, a talented designer who will bolster our services, requiring top-notch copywriting and design. Laura is seeking a senior-level Paid Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. Interested candidates can apply here.

Laura's goal over the next 12 months is ambitious yet transparent: grow all our marketing clients, ensure maximum profit from our efforts, achieve KPI targets, and enhance customer retention. She aims to refine our service offerings and operations within the Marketing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
