About the role

We are seeking an experienced Linnworks professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, management, and infrastructure and experience with PHP, TSQL, C#, and .net.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the use of Linnworks across multiple clients within the company

  • Providing support and training on the use of Linnworks

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements related to Linnworks

  • Collaborating with other teams to integrate Linnworks with other systems and platforms

  • Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to Linnworks

  • Creating Developer specifications documents for Custom Macros

  • Creating Solutions via Custom Queries or proposed business process changes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Linnworks

  • Foundation knowledge of one of the following as a minimum PHP, TSQL, C#, VBA, and .net

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Experience with business operations, management, and infrastructure

  • Customer facing / Customer service experience helpful

  • Driving license

  • A desire to grow your career and potential
