We’re looking for a Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to everything we do—ensuring projects run seamlessly while maximising our team’s time and skills. Responsibilities
Owning the project lifecycle - from planning and scoping to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
Delivering projects and programmes to budget and scope, keeping everything aligned with strategic objectives.
Managing and forecasting timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
Acting as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Working closely with our Account Strategists to ensure projects deliver against strategic objectives.
Coordinating our creative, digital, and development teams to deliver high-quality work.
Communicating with stakeholders and identifying risks early, keeping projects running smoothly.
Educating, encouraging, and socialising best practices to improve workflows continuously.
Optimising team workloads - matching the right people to the right projects based on capacity and skill set.
Identifying risks and roadblocks early, solving problems before they escalate.
Forecasting resource needs, ensuring we have the right capacity for upcoming work.
Introducing best practices and improving workflows, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in project and/or resource management, ideally within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment - bringing structure, clarity, and focus to multiple moving parts.
Strong organisational skills - you thrive on structure but can also handle ambiguity when things are in flux.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management—you keep teams and clients aligned at every stage.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t just manage projects; you optimise them.
Experience working with development and marketing teams and a solid understanding of processes.
Experience with resource management and project scheduling tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Float, Trello, or similar).
Familiarity with time tracking tools and a willingness to learn our in-house tools, such as Oriented, quickly.
Ability to manage competing priorities, balancing deadlines and capacity with ease.
A collaborative approach—you know how to bring people together and drive momentum.
Desirable
A qualification in Project Management with experience implementing Agile Methodologies.
Experience managing offshore teams and remote collaboration.
Experience with e-commerce, app development and digital marketing.
Exposure to system implementation projects.
Copywriting, presentation and people skills.

About the role
Pivotal is hiring! Our Email Marketing and overall Marketing departments are continuing to grow, and as a result, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a specialism in email marketing.
Working alongside the Head of Optimisation and Email Marketing, your primary role will focus on managing and growing all areas of the email marketing department. This includes account strategising, designing and building emails, completing account set-ups, copywriting and reporting, building client relationships, and delivering results.
Full training will be provided, but having a client-first, results-driven mindset is critical. You will be expected to deliver client work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with an easy-going and knowledgeable team around you to support you.
You will also assist with delivering different marketing strategies for our clients, which will include exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and Content & SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). You will also have the opportunity to work on social media strategies and website content.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic team player to join the fastest-growing Norwich agency and work with incredible clients, including household names such as Euronics, Kelsey Media, Trusted Reviews, and more.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Excellent communication skills are required to build client relationships, so previous experience working with clients or customers is essential.
Exceptional organisational skills: you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet various deadlines.
A willingness to learn and take ownership of your work, demonstrating a solid initiative
With a keen eye for design, you will have previous experience using design software such as Photoshop or Canva.
You will have a creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written English skills to produce engaging copy where required
Strong analytical skills, with fluency in Excel, to able to identify patterns and learn from data to take action
Desirable
Experience in a previous e-commerce or marketing role (in-house or agency) would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Experience creating and sending emails using software such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, DotDigital, etc. It would be a great advantage.
Experience other E-Commerce software/platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento 2, and Amazon. Would be beneficial
A degree (or other relevant qualifications) in Marketing, Creative Writing or Graphic Design would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and managing email campaigns across a variety of industries, from strategy, research, and design all the way through to building and sending using our email software
Developing and building dynamic email templates optimised for different clients and devices
Monitoring email quality and deliverability, general account maintenance
Develop the overall email marketing strategy for our clients
Writing concise and engaging copy, including subject lines
Compiling visual, comprehensive reports and audits for clients to report on performance
Regular meetings with clients to discuss strategy
Assist with other areas of the marketing department, such as CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and Content & SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
