Job Summary

We seek a talented and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Pivotal. As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across various channels to drive qualified traffic and achieve our clients' marketing goals. This role requires a deep understanding of paid marketing platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant advertising providers.

  • Conduct research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance and maximise profitability.

  • Create and manage paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimisation.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation to maximise campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance, including ad creative, settings, and targeting.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into campaign planning.

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns, including design, content, and development.

  • Stay informed about industry updates, platform changes, and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge in paid marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and optimising paid marketing campaigns

  • In-depth knowledge of paid marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management tools

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal teams

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to optimise campaigns and achieve marketing objectives

  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in paid marketing
